September 17 = Over Achiever Day

When I was pregnant, I got weekly updates with how big Malia was and what she was up to- what organs were developing, the ratio between her head and limbs, etc.  These emails have continued and they now tell me what she should be doing now that she's come into the world!  The email I got today says she "is getting pretty darned good at holding up her head."  This baby girl has been holding her head up since she was born- she seriously has never needed anyone to hold her head which is what you would learn if Baby Holding 101 were a real thing.
