October 31 = Halloween

I've firmly decided I'm not a fan of Halloween.  I love the costumes but my kids don't so much.  And they don't get trick or treating.  But we participated and here is the photographic evidence:

October 28 = Trunk or Treat Day

Zachary has an adjudication Monday night so we're celebrating Halloween a little early by going to a local church and going "trunk or treat" with the Rowntrees.  Here are their cute baskets from last year:

October 8 = Relax Day

We slept in, did a little shopping and got to watch a movie today- we saw The Girl on the Train- a book that I've read.  Oh and we ate at restaurants.  Like three times.  My favorite kind of movie is one adapted from a book I've read so I was really exciting.  Here's one of our purchases from today- Liam and Malia's Halloween costumes!
