July 17 = Back Home Day

Saw this and it was quite appropriate because traveling with three kids in the car is something that requires being handled.

Oh... how could I forget about Rosie?  She wasn't too difficult.

Malia wasn't difficult the whole time...

Kayleigh didn't sleep very much on the way home but once we got home she was out.  Which may not seem great but it was pretty awesome because we were able to get some unpacking done.

Rosie just slept in the car and at home... my kind of girl!

June 20 = Pink Shoes Day

We went out and picked the rest of the lettuce that was ready so we could ahead and grow some more!

And then it was off for errands for the day!

When we found out we were expecting a girl in February of 2014, we got tiny pink shoes for our little lady and posted a picture on facebook as our way of letting everyone know.

Malia has always had disproportionately small feet so she was just now able to wear those tiny shoes:

Our first stop was Barnes & Noble.  Zachary and I watch The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon every night before we go to bed and he's been promoting his children's book for the past few days- it's daddy animals teaching their animal babies to say dada but they all end up just making their own sound.  We figured Liam would love it since he loves making animal sounds.  On our way out, Liam started shouting his version of "Grandma's Car!" "Pop's Car."  We just said, "yeah buddy, they're somewhere..." and then Zachary saw that there was an identical model of each car in the parking lot that he was pointing to.  Smart boy!

We then headed to Buffalo Wild Wings.  Zachary has been wanting to go there for as long as I can remember- he used to go with the guys before class so he hasn't been in a while now.  The manager was so nice and brought Malia some mandarin oranges and brought Liam some ice cream!

We've also been working on cleaning out our garage for the past few days- we unpacked a few boxes that haven't been touched since they were packed in Jacksonville- that was fun!

April 16 = Moving Day

Zachary took this morning off so we could get started moving a little early.  The original plan was to move on Friday so he had some friends lined up to help us out but then he thought it'd be awesome if we could move all the little stuff so that when our helpers arrived, they just had to worry about the big furniture and the last minute stuff so we started moving in today!  We had been storing stuff that we wouldn't need before we moved in the garage and got all of that moved and we packed up a lot of the kids' toys so that they would be somewhat entertained while we did the boring stuff like put plates and towels and such away.  The new play room is a hit!

When we moved into the apartment in May I took a picture of Liam in his empty room- so I thought I'd do that again- this room is about half the size of his other one which I do not think is a bad thing- I'm hoping that with a smaller room and not a lot of toys in it, he will learn that bedrooms are for sleeping.  In the old place we didn't have a playroom so his bedroom was the playroom.

Here's where the kitchen table will go:

Liam's a big helper :)

And Malia is too- that toilet paper really needed to be destroyed.
