August 3 = Chickfila Day

We didn't have a very long way to go this morning since we had driven a good amount the night before.  Malia wanted to make sure "puppy" (we're very creative with names around here) was ready to go.

We passed the chickfila that's 45 minutes away from us on our way home so it was a perfect time for us to stop.  It may have been less than two weeks since we've been last but that's an eternity for us!  Kayleigh was pretty excited:

The toy that came with the kids' meals was a little art/craft kit- here was Liam's creation- I was pretty impressed!

Eventually we made our way back home- we found a boarding place that would take Rosie right before we left- she had so much fun- we got pictures and updates while we were gone- but we could tell she was happy to be home and with her latest snuggle buddy!

June 12 = First Full Day at Home Day

We are a family of 5!  We have been for several days now but it feels official now that we're home.  This first picture of Rosie reminds me we're actually a family of 8!  It's a full house :)

So I think this will be one of my favorite pictures for forever:

Also- you know me and my facebook pictures- this is Zachary Holliday:

July 19 = Homecoming Day

We got to come home!

I got this glider about a week before Malia was born and I love it so much!  It came with an ottoman so it was really easy for me to rock her without hurting myself.  I came home with percocet but it ended up giving me a really bad headache so I had to stop taking that which meant it was a little harder for me to get around but we made it.

Here she is holding her bottle at 3 days old ;)

And here's big brother Liam- doing his own thing
