November 9 = Glasses Day

Truth:

 Sleeping Baby:

Liam and Malia have this doctor kit and the part they play the most with?  These glasses.  And by "play with" I mean fight over.

October 13 = Daddy/Daughter Day

Malia has been in a really cranky mood lately so tonight, we were all planning on going to dinner but Zachary decided to take Malia to dinner, just the two of them.

Another picture of a sleeping baby... it's what I do.

October 10 = Gramps & Mimi Visit Day

Look at these two holding hands:

And just look at Ms. Bright Eyes-

Gramps and Mimi left North Carolina yesterday, they stopped halfway and then got in today a couple minutes before Liam got home from school- they were really hoping to be here when he got off the bus and they made it!

On the 8th we only got a picture of Kayleigh with her sign laying down- I was not willing to wake her up for a picture, so today I got some with her in the chair with her sign just to be consistent with the pictures from previous months.

Malia wanted to do a craft today- I got these little paintable pumpkins from Michael's the other day and have been keeping them hidden and waiting for an opportunity like today!

Sleeping baby alert:

There's nothing like a girl and her daddy but there's also nothing like a girl and her grandpa... or gramps!

June 4 = Sleep Hard Day

Bubble Guppies: the only thing that can make both of my children sit still for more than 30 seconds.

Zachary loves grilling on the weekends and Malia loves being out there with him.  Liam and I are more inside people- I love being outside in the fall.  When it's over 80 degrees, I like to head back inside in the air conditioning.  How sweet is this:

Malia got a lot of playtime outside and I risked waking her up by taking these pictures but she was out so we were fine.  I checked on her 20 minutes after she went to sleep:

and then right before we went to sleep:
